Question about hypoglycemia and diabetes?

I’m 19, my father was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 22

I have never worried much about it .. I know this isn’t a security, but i’m tall and slender, was in sports so I felt healthy

I had a kidney condition, it messed with my blood pressure a bit .. I had passed out once at work from it
But have since had surgery and seems to have been successful

in the past month i’ve had two episodes while i’m working where I suddenly get really shaky, a little bit of tunnel vision, a heat flash, a light headed ..
from what i’ve read this sounds like hypoglycemia, but it’s similar to the feeling of when I passed out from the kidney thing

could this just be something common, maybe from not having enough for breakfast?

I guess i’m not starting to worry about diabetes being in my family and that this may be a warning sign …

what should I do?

3 Diabetes Questions About MicroAneurysms, Normoglycemia, and Insulin Pump?

I have 3 question about diabetes, that I reall need help with:

1. In diabetics (well in any person), can microaneurysms in the eye can be reversed or improved?

2. How can someone who usually have fluctuationg blood sugars obtain normoglycemia, and is there any medication (beside insulin or the insulin pump) that can help with that?

3. If someone who is very active (sports, dance, etc), has the type of blood sugars that is better suited for an insulin pump, is there any other alternative option besides the pump that does the same thing, but
dosent have the big bulky equipment that is required to be carried around for it to work?

Thank You
