Does Diet Coke Lower Blood Sugar Levels?
I have a friend at school who’s diabetic, and when she has high blood sugar, she always drinks a Diet Coke. This confuses me, as I didn’t know that Diet Coke could really change your blood glucose level. We’re not really close enough that I feel comfortable asking a personal question like that, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or know anything about it.

Its really nice you are concerned about your friends diabetes.Diet coke does not lower blood sugar level but it helps quench the thirst of a high blood sugar level.Im sure your friend takes insulin when she has a high blood glucose as this is what actually brings down the levels.
